Please DO NOT RESPOND to or engage with any unsolicited phone number asking for your card number or PIN. The ONLY authorized P-EBT client customer service phone number is 1-866-281-2448.
If you have engaged with an invalid phishing 866 number, please immediately contact the Virginia EBT Client Customer Service Helpdesk at 1-866-281-2448 to report your card stolen.
