School Improvement Plan in the areas of English, Mathematics, and Science including sub-groups (VDOE)

 

Tutorial Program after School- Monday – Thursday 3:00 PM- 4: 30 PM

 

Attendance Documentations- Each child needs to return to school with a written excuse each time.

Softball - Students who are interested in softball should fill out the signup form in the front office.  Students must have a VHSL sports physical before softball begins.

 

Boys’ Lacrosse – If you’re interested in trying out for the Boys’ Lacrosse team, sign-up sheets are in the main office and the gym.  You must have a VHSL sports physical to try out.  See Mr. Turner if you have questions.

 

Basketball – Congratulations to the basketball team for defeating Caroline Middle.  The Tigers were led in scoring by Brandon Williams with 18 points.  Brandon Snider chipped in 9 points.  Overall, a great performance by the entire team!

 

Baseball – There will be a virtual interest meeting for WGMS baseball on Monday, Jan. 23, at 7pm.  If you are interested in playing baseball, please pick up a flyer from the office.  Meeting log-in information is included on the flyer.
