Walker-Grant Middle School recently completed its first-ever World Geography Bee!
Congratulations to the following students for placing in the bee and moving on to compete at the State Finals in February:
6th grade: 1st place- Adam Loudhabachi. 2nd place- Elham Azimi.
7th grade: 1st place- ZyAir Franklin. 2nd place- Thomas Castellarin. 3rd place- Caleb Hine.
8th grade: 1st place- Adam Brough. 2nd place- Ryan Willging. 3rd place tie- Eve Wenger and Susannah Furrow.
Congratulations to everyone! The following students also have qualified to compete in the State Finals: Luana Silva, Marlie Jurlando, Cyrus Linsner, and Cody Simon.
We can’t wait to see you represent Walker-Grant Middle School at the state level in February!
