Welcome to Walker-Grant Middle School Counseling!
Walker-Grant Middle School provides a school counseling program that supports students’ academic progress, personal and social growth, and future planning. Our counselors work with students, families, staff, and the community to help every child develop the skills they need to succeed during middle school and beyond. As professional advocates, they’re here to make sure students have the support, guidance, and resources to reach their full potential.

Major Clarity is a college readiness program that helps students explore career paths based on academic aptitude and feedback they provide through short assessments. It differs from other similar programs because it connects to PowerSchool — this means it applies course information through middle and high school to provide more accurate career path information.
Students can view current details about all levels of college, military service, and some apprenticeships.
How to Log In:
- OPTION 1: Use your Clever log-in.
- OPTION 2: Use your school email address. Your password will be the first four characters of your last name, followed by your student ID number. For example, Sarah Davis with ID number 689392 would have the password davi689392. If your last name is shorter than four letters, add the number 0 to the end of your password until it becomes 8 characters long. For example, Dennis Hu with ID number 1047 would have the password hu104700.
Getting Started:
After logging in, choose Assessment from the menu on the left-hand side. Complete the Personality Assessment and the Learning Styles Assessment. Try to answer honestly — this only helps you! Once you finish, visit the Career Exploration section to learn more about your results. The 65 Career Paths are arranged based on your "Fit Score," which comes from your assessment results.
