Today was an incredible day at JM, all thanks to the amazing generosity of Andrew Brennan, Yinzer Logistics, and Amazon! They arranged for the donation of 50 school supply-loaded backpacks to be dropped off at our school, ensuring that our students are set up for success this coming year. What makes this donation even more special is the connection to our JM family. JM was chosen for its community outreach because of the many alumni who now proudly work there. We were honored to have Steven Washington ('07), Gregorio Hindes ('16), and Nymere Rennick ('13)—all graduates of JM—join in the drop-off today. It's a full-circle moment that reminds us of the lasting impact our school has on our students and community. These backpacks will be given out during Back to School Night, helping our students start the year strong. This generous gesture speaks volumes about the commitment Yinzer Logistics and Amazon have to our local community. A huge thank you to Yinzer Logistics—a Veteran-owned and operated small business that delivers more than just packages. With a Pittsburgh-inspired name but true Virginia roots, they prioritize safety, responsibility, and being great neighbors. When you see them on your street delivering smiles, don't forget to give them a wave! Thank you, Yinzer Logistics and Amazon, for your unwavering support and for making a difference in the lives of our students! Together, we are building a stronger, more connected community. #TogetherWeGive #CommunityStrong #Thankful #YinzerLogistics #Amazon #BackToSchool #JMFamily #SupportLocal #VeteranOwned #PayItForward

What an incredible start for the JMHS History Club! Yesterday, they had their first meeting, and it was a huge success! The awesome cosponsors, Mr. Ferrara and Mr. Katz, laid out some amazing plans for the year. They talked about potential field trips to local historic sites, the creation of a history newsletter, and gearing up for the National History Day writing contest! The highlight? A presentation from Dr. Matt Laird about his fascinating work as an archeologist, along with another hands-on field trip opportunity! Everyone left the meeting buzzing with excitement to explore and showcase the rich history of our local area. We can’t wait to see what’s next! #JMHSHistory #HistoryInTheMaking #ExploreThePast #NationalHistoryDay #Fredericksburg
