Comprehensive Planning for FCPS 2029 is Underway
Today, Monday, February 26, 2024, faculty and staff representatives worked in focus groups to analyze division-wide data they'd collected in the areas of Excellence in Education, Exemplary Staff, School & Community, Health & Wellness, and Facilities & Operations. Their highlights were shared with the larger group, and then focus groups planned edits to their documents by asking questions like:
Have we met the previous objectives? Are there objectives that are no longer needed? What needs to be added? Who is responsible for monitoring?
Focus groups also identified the data they used to determine their recommendations.
